A maker of confectionery and chocolate-coated nuts, supplying wholesalers and sweet shops for fifteen years. Existing customers knew the quality, but new buyers found nothing to convince them: no current catalog, no visible quality certificates, and no clear way to request a quote.
The sales team relied on personal relationships and trade fairs, with no record of which prospect had reached out or when. Growth was tied to the number of field visits, not to a system that could be measured and repeated.
We defined three priority buyer groups: wholesale distributors, supermarket chains, and gift and sweet shops. Each asks a different question: distributors care about continuity and margin, chains about certificates and packaging, gift shops about range and presentation.
We built the positioning around one idea: factory quality with workshop flexibility. Large production capacity, with the ability to offer private packaging and custom quantities for each customer.
A bilingual B2B website with a filterable product catalog, a page for each buyer group, quality certificates, and real photography from the production and packing lines.
A quote request form that captures the product, quantity and packaging type, and reaches the sales team directly, automatically sorted by order size.
LinkedIn and Google campaigns aimed at buyers, a downloadable catalog in exchange for contact details, and email follow-up for everyone who downloaded it.

The first contract with a regional supermarket chain came straight from the website form, and the sales team now knows where every request comes from and spends its time with serious buyers.
