01The challenge

A store selling farm products from small producers: honey, clarified butter, cheese, eggs and seasonal vegetables. The products are excellent and have loyal customers, but most orders came through Instagram and WhatsApp messages and were handled by hand.

Ads ran separately from the content and sent visitors to an Instagram page instead of a product page. Acquisition cost rose every month, and nobody knew which ad actually sold.

02The approach

We started with the numbers: acquisition cost, order value and repeat rate for each product. Honey and clarified butter brought new customers in; cheese and eggs made them come back.

On that basis we designed one journey: content that tells the story of the farm and the product, an ad that leads to that product page, a store that completes the purchase in a few steps, then a reorder reminder at the right time.

03What we built

A fast, mobile-first online store, with product pages that explain the source and how each product is made, cash on delivery or online payment, and order updates on WhatsApp.

A content library of real farm photography, turned into posts and ads for every product, with continuous testing of headlines and images.

Full tracking from ad to purchase, and monthly subscription boxes for repeat customers.

04The results
−35%

Customer acquisition cost (CAC)

−35% customer acquisition cost after connecting content and ads to the store.

More than half of all orders now come through the store instead of messages, and monthly subscriptions made part of the revenue predictable.
